THE TEAM
Cheryl Bennett
Cheryl’s knowledge working with wholesalers, retail travel agencies, travel management companies and marketing consortias including American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts, Virtuoso and Signature, has made her an expert with the travel industry field. In addition, she developed and implemented The Ritz-Carlton’s preferred partner program, STARS, which is still benchmarked today. Cheryl assisted in the strategic planning of future company developments such as new brands, brand extensions and hotel openings.
Justine Mastin
Justine Mastin has over 20 years experience in luxury travel. During her career, Justine has garnered experience with tour operators, sales and marketing accounts, event management, and budget planning.
Justine began her hospitality career at Thomas Cook Holidays, where she held various positions over a 14 year span, including that of Sales and Marketing Manager. She then headed up the UK and Ireland sales and marketing office for Jebel Ali International Hotels in the UK, prior to taking up the position of Director of Marketing, based in Dubai. While in Dubai, Justine transferred to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as the Regional Director of Travel Industry Sales for the Middle East.
In May of 2005, Justine returned to London for Ritz-Carlton as the Director of Travel Industry Sales. Her knowledge of the hotel industry, tour operating and international luxury markets, along with her strong personal relationships in the region, are instrumental in translating our vision throughout the UK.
Tara Mittal-Campbell
Sales Consultant
Tara spent the past ten years at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey handling leisure, business travel, group, and any and all special projects that needed Tara's energy and expertise. She has been recognized for her success in both Operations and Sales by achieving numerous "five star” awards and a Chairman’s Circle recipient, an award given to The Ritz-Carlton’s most elite sales individuals. A resident of Southern California, Tara's sales region spans from San Diego to Santa Barbara.
MAggie Abdallah
Before becoming an entrepreneur and running a franchise company, she worked for world renowned luxury hotel companies where she implemented travel agency programs around the world. Maggie is an expert in working closely with luxury consortias, such as Virtuoso, and elite travel agencies across the US.
Georgia Kirsner
An icon in the travel industry community with over 25 years experience working with luxury hotels, Georgia is the brilliant mind that created, established, and launched The Ritz-Carlton STARS program. Georgia's expertise working with domestic and international tour operators, and emerging markets, makes her key contributor to Bennett + Mercado Hospitality.
Verónica Aragüés
Verónica Aragüés is an international hotelier having worked in Madrid, Barcelona, New York, and Milan for world-renowned brands like Park Hyatt, The Ritz-Carlton, and Bulgari Hotels & Resorts.
